General Terms & Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Juya 9 ("we", "the Platform") and you ("user", "member"). By accessing or using the Juya 9 website, mobile site, or application, you automatically agree to these Terms.

Juya 9 provides an online betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. To use our services, you must comply with every clause of these terms and conditions.

Account Registration & Verification

• Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts and balances will be forfeited.
• The name, address, and phone number provided at registration must be genuine and verifiable.
• Only one account may be created per mobile number and email address.
• Multiple accounts from members of the same household using the same device or IP address are not permitted.

KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. The following documents are required:

• A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Mobile Banking Account Details (Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket)
• Selfie Photo (if required)

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on Juya 9 are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). We support Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳1,00,000
• Deposits are typically credited to your balance within 5 minutes.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• If any suspicious activity is detected, withdrawals may be delayed by up to 48 hours for review.

Betting Rules

Please read the following rules carefully before placing a bet on Juya 9. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

Bet Acceptance Terms

• Bets are only accepted before a match begins or within the designated live betting window.
• Juya 9 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds displayed due to a technical error.
• A maximum bet limit may apply per event.
• If a match is abandoned before its scheduled completion, the bet will be voided and your stake will be refunded.

Results & Payments

• Winnings will be credited to your wallet only after the official match result is announced.
• In the event of a dispute over results, the decision of the official sports governing body will be considered final.
• The cash-out feature allows you to settle a bet before a match ends, subject to applicable conditions.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Juya 9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms. Reading the relevant terms before claiming any bonus is mandatory.

Welcome Bonus

• Each new member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• To withdraw a bonus, you must first meet the specified turnover (wagering) requirements.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must meet the specified minimum odds (generally 1.50 or higher).

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise specified.
• Juya 9 reserves the right to void any bonus if misuse is suspected.
• Juya 9 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Juya 9 platform. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating or Managing Multiple Accounts
• Registering with false information or using another person's identity
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system
• Participating in match-fixing or coordinated fraud
• Exploiting bugs or errors in the platform's software or odds system for personal gain
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
• Money Laundering or Use of Illegal Funds
• Attempting Unauthorized Access to Another Member's Account

Account Suspension & Closure

Juya 9 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• In the event of suspected fraud or deception
• If you fail KYC verification or submit fraudulent documents
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. We recommend withdrawing your balance before the account is closed.
